This painting flowed freely out of the studio filled with the memories of adventures on treetops and ocean side wanders. Sometimes we feel like the world has been turned upside down and it is difficult to cope. The meditative and spontaneous process of making this painting gave me much peace and clarity. When I walk onto the seashore or through a forest a feeling of freedom washes over me and I seek to carry this sensation into the studio while making the work. Let this painting allow you to take a moment to breathe and soak in feelings of hope and wonder.
